Strategic acquirer · Latin America

An identity review signal. It does not certify solvency or guarantee a transaction.

Membership is reviewed

An account is the first step. Admission to the network requires a separate review.

Access has context

Each opportunity has its own permissions. Profile approval does not unlock every document.

Reputation is earned

Future signals need evidence, consent and a clear scope. No fictional ratings are assigned.

A few questions, answered.

Are public reputation ratings available?

No. This section presents a product concept with an illustrative profile. References and reputation badges are not yet implemented.

Can an approved profile access every company?

No. Membership approval and opportunity permissions are separate controls. Confidential documentation requires specific authorization.

Does a badge guarantee a transaction?

No. Each signal should explain what was reviewed and what it means. Verification does not replace due diligence or the parties' judgment.

The next connection could change everything.
